These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website arvexiqon.com, owned by Arvexiqon S.A.S. (CUIT 30-71823409-6), with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. By using the site you accept the terms set out below.

Arvexiqon provides information about real estate crowdlending in Argentina and allows subscription to an informational newsletter. The site does not, by itself, constitute a public offer of financial products nor a personalised investment recommendation.

To subscribe to the newsletter you must provide a valid name and email address. Subscription is voluntary and may be cancelled at any time using the link included in each delivery or by writing to hola@arvexiqon.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the site shall be submitted to the ordinary courts located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
