We collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter (name and email address), when contacting us with enquiries (identification details and the content of your message) and the browsing data generated by your use of the site (IP address, device type, pages visited and visit duration) when you authorise the use of analytics cookies.
3. Purposes
Data is used to send you the Arvexiqon newsletter, respond to enquiries, inform about real estate crowdlending projects, comply with legal obligations and improve the overall experience of the site. We do not use data for automated decision-making with significant legal effects.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your express, free, informed and specific consent, granted when you complete the forms on the site, as well as for compliance with legal obligations applicable to real estate crowdlending activity in Argentina.
5. Retention period
Newsletter data is kept for as long as your subscription remains active. Enquiry data is kept for a maximum of five (5) years. Browsing data is kept for a maximum of twenty-six (26) months.
6. Data sharing
We do not transfer or sell your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share it only with technical service providers (email delivery, hosting, analytics) under confidentiality agreements and exclusively for the purposes described in this policy.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, role-based access control and periodic reviews. No system is absolutely invulnerable, but we work to minimise risks.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes of the site. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document. Relevant updates will be notified by email to active subscribers.
